Caribou Kamik Making
During the month of October, 5-7 ladies held a caribou kamik making. Their instructor was an Elder, Eva Mukyungnik (my mother in law) for this project.
The purpose is to gain cultural skills and continue making Inuit clothing that we need to keep working on to keep the tradition alive.
